This notice explains what Project Orbit collects, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

  • Account info: the email address you sign in with.
  • Event details: the names and dates you enter to set up an event.
  • Contracts you upload: PDFs and DOCX files, the redactions you apply, and the structured fields we extract from them.
  • Usage: standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.

How we use it

  • To run the product — OCR, redaction, extraction, timeline, flags, exports.
  • For LLM extraction: redacted contract text is sent to a third-party LLM provider. Un-redacted content never leaves your session.
  • We are not currently producing vendor benchmarks or other aggregate statistics from your contracts. We will update this notice before adding any such feature.

Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. To delete your account during the private beta, contact the person who invited you. Self-serve deletion is on the roadmap.

Changes

We may update this notice. The “Last updated” date will reflect material changes.
